What makes Real Estate Special to Tristan? Real Estate has always been fascinating to Tristan because unlike other assets, Real Estate is a tangible good you can touch and feel and every property is unique and special in it’s own way. Tristan joined Real Estate Ryerson because he believes it is the perfect opportunity to develop practical career skills and expand his knowledge on the Real Estate industry while working along side and interacting with fellow students, faculty and industry professionals who share the same passion. Tristan’s main interest in Real Estate is in retail, hotels/resorts, and special properties such as sporting arenas. In the future Tristan wants to be involved in the development, property management, and investment of these properties.
I genuinely enjoy critically contributing to Real Estate Ryerson; Particularly for the tremendous impact I get to make on connecting students with each other, and to those that they will one day succeed. No other student group on campus fulfils the opportunities that Real Estate Ryerson delivers to the students we stand for. I truly believe passion the main ingredient to accomplish and excel at the most challenging goals. I am curious on pursuing community planning; networking and engaging with both students and leaders in the Real Estate industry really gives me a head start towards deeper knowledge about the various dynamics within the development industry.
